If you are staff or faculty from the University of Arizona and want to reserve temporary desk space while in D.C., please complete the Temporary Desk Space Reservation Form.

Please submit your request at least 30 days in advance of your proposed event.
Requests do not guarantee space and are reviewed by the D.C. Center Events Team for approval.
The D.C. Center will send confirmation once it is determined the proposed space usage meets UA requirements.
